Q: Do Sneakrverse offer contactless payments such as Apple Pay in stores?


A: Sneakrverse locations will continue to accept contactless Mobile Payment including Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Android Pay.


Q: Do you offer a washroom or disinfection?

A: Currently in store we do not offer washrooms to clients however before you enter all stores you will be asked to use our hand sanitiser to provide a safer experience for all, unless you are exempt.


Q: Is there a client service available?

A: Currently during the UK National Lockdown we do not offer any client services, by creating an account you can receive updates to when it will be available again.
